Vijay brings a diverse background in business development, digital transformation, and organizational growth. With a genuine servant-leader approach and a unique talent for cultivating high-performance teams across various functions, regions, and cultures, Vijay set out to redefine the traditional home building process. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kuvempu and proudly earned his MBA with Magna Cum Laude honors in Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resources from Trident University International..
Kumaran Chinnaswamy
Chief Operation Officer
With over 20 years of real estate experience and a deep passion for the industry, Kumaran drives the strategic vision of Truealty, focusing on project management, market research, and the implementation of innovative ideas. Prior to joining Truealty, Kumaran spent 21 years as an ERP Consultant for a Federal Agency and has held a senior executive role in an IT company since 2006. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Senior Vice President
Deepika brings extensive expertise in growth management and plays a pivotal role in overseeing Truealty’s investment segment, while managing the day-to-day operations of the construction and project teams. She also provides strategic leadership in technology assessment and implementation to ensure operational efficiency. Deepika holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
